Can't edit profile + friend requests not working

I've been having some problems with editing my profile, sending messages and whenever I add people they don't show up in friendlist (As if I had never added them, they keep on asking me why I unfriended them. )

  Having this same issue currently, heard others are as well. Hopefully it's resolved shortly. Getting error code (15) when I try to update my profile yet nothing in my email from Vegasworld about any sort of chat bans etc.
