I USE TO DO THIS EVERY MONTH FOR MY FRIENDS BUT NOW EVERYTHING LOOKS SO DIFFERENT!  CAN YOU HELP ME, PLEASE?

  You would need to go to the friend's Profile and select the gift option. From there, scroll to the bottom of the gifting screen, and the VIP Passes are listed there.
