no anniversary email and wedding ring and pics have disappeared

The ring I received has disappeared and several pics.  Have not received happy anniversary email either.  The other day I received some in the treasure box but no email.  Mr. Patches and I are celebrating 10 years together on May 12th of this year so I was playing before that.  My mum just got hers today (she had seen me playing fringo and I helped her get set up).  Thank you.
