The elite or vip icons

i would love to suggest for an icon to be bought once,so we can buy the icons and then switch between them whenever we want instead of paying everytime for changing the icon. like it was on ow,if we bought an icon once we own tht particular one,but will have to buy the new icon which we havent used till now
