IF I SEND A PROPOSAL (RING) DOES THIS MAKE US "MATCHED" AS WELL?  I WANT TO SEND THE RING & THEN "PLAN" THE WEDDING.  TWO DIFFERENT STEPS.  IS THIS POSSBLE.

  To be matched with a player, you have to send your Hearts to each other.

  To give your heart, go to another player's profile (not your profile). Click the "More..." button at the top of the profile, and select "Send Heart" from the list found there.
