Why does VW need to protect themselves from class action?

Are you doing something you shouldn't? Using our personal info in a way you shouldn't be? Not securing our personal info/credit card info properly? Or is this a preemptive thing for a future planned action? Asking players to give up their rights is a bit concerning do you care to add any color to this action?

  I’m sorry for any confusion. In order to ensure our players are aware of the Terms of Use for Flowplay games, the app now requires our players to read and and accept them prior to gameplay.
