fringo days played and power ups

I have been playing fringo for multiple days in a row now.  When I click on the 'daily rewards' icon each day.....    it says 'DAY3', gives me 5 bonus trinkets.   the number of days never changes, it always says 'DAY3' and gives out 5 power ups.     is this correct?   I thought the days would count up and the reward would get better each consecutive day as it does on other games.   just a wee bit confused.

  This is intended for the Fringo Daily Rewards. Once you reach day 3, you've reached the maximum rewards you can receive each day.
