What do you mean by a "return bonus"?? You get a loyalty reward on the 1st of every month. It builds up everyday. Is that what you mean?

You should report this to VW babyface. Everybody I know got their loyalty rewards ok yesterday. Send them an email. They don't respond to problems in this forum usually.

How do you search for a player by name? On the friends page the rectangle at the top prompts you to do so but there is nowhere to click "search" after you type in the name

I keep trying to change the font on my chat, but when I go back to "Chat" it reverts back to where it was. What's up with that?

hello hope u can help me here. in old vw my chat line only allows 1 line at a time. cannot get anymore than 1 line tis so very annoying.3 days ago there was an update and it has left me stuck with a 1 line chat. i know there are no more updates etc on old vw but i really need this fixed.

VW isn't fixing ANY bugs in the old version anymore. It's obsolete now. You can chat in as many lines as you want in the new vw.

they may not be fixing any bugs in the old vw but could they at least put the level up the meter in the new? people want to see it and its a pain to have to switch over to old just to check it.

Moving up to a higher level will get you a new dance step. Nothing else. Not even worth worrying about.

I have been using Google Chrome for a while now and still have the same problem as BAJA. It will freeze up in the middle of a game and the games take forever to load and the charms won't pay out most of the time. This is the new version of VW because I don't have an option to go to the old version! In my opinion when VW updates they also down-grade....something else goes wrong with the mess THEY have created!

I'm sorry you're having problems with Chrome. You should submit a trouble ticket to VW (Top right of this page). I agree...I DREAD these "updates" they do usually every Monday. Nothing seems to change, and new problems always arise.
