    So tell it to VW bob. Do what BAJA said. VW doesn't read the posts in this forum. This area of "HELP" is only for player interaction. It's been posted thousands of times! VW doesn't even KNOW you have a problem unless you submit a ticket or email them.

    I haven't had the best of luck getting a response to help me resolve a rather simple problem. Still waiting after 9 days to be noticed of anything other than they did indeed receive "a ticket" I submitted.

    my chat has been screwing up  now  for 4 months  !!  I have to wiggle my mouse to get a word , a sentence to appear in it  !! whatsss happening .. I know  my mouse is good for I can dance, move around ,do my moves !!

    You have to submit a request. Top right, click on Submit a request. VW doesn't normally answer requests on the forum.

    Don't want to play any more. Do not take money out of my account to play bingo as I quit. Don't enjoy playing it plus I am busy doing something else.
