Fringo Mother's Day Cruise

Has anyone else had trouble not being able to play this - it loads to 100% and then just sits there.  Been happening for a few days

    So have I, I've never been able to play it since it started.   Another VW mess up.  Geeze, what else could go wrong with this game???

    SUBMIT A TICKET  UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER ON THIS PAGE......VW KEEPS PUTTING IN NEW GAMES WITHOUT FIXING THE OLD

    I reported a few days ago this is the answer I was given;

    This is a known issue with the Mother's Day Cruise. It is being worked on. I'm sorry I do not have an eta on when it will be fixed.

    I'M LUCKY I PLAY ON OLD VW  NEW VW HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A P I A TO ALMOST EVERYONE...FREEZING LOSING CONNECTION,CAN'T CHAT,CAN'T PLAY,DON'T GET WINS  & THE LIST GOES ON & ON...DOESN'T DO ANY GOOD TO GRIPE EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE A PLAYERS FORUM WHERE YOU CAN VENT YOUR FRUSTRATIONS

    At least Jennifer C. will give you an honest answer. They have NO idea when the issue (which they are aware of) will be fixed. Dig has never answered any of the trouble tickets I've submitted.

    I HAVE SUBMITTED TICKETS & GET AN ANSWER THAT'S FROM OUTER SPACE...I ASK SIMPLE QUESTIONS THAT EVEN A DOG/CAT WOULD UNDERSTAND...THE ANSWER I GET BACK EINSTEIN WOULD SCRATCH HIS HEAD OVER AS IT USUALLY MAKES NOT A LICK OF SENSE DUH!!!  BRAINLESS IS RIGHT ON THE MARK FRED

    I sent in a ticket and was told this is a known issue and that they are working on it. No estimated uptime.

    I sent in 3 tickets and no replies, fringo mother's day cruise only loads to 91% and stops and disconnects.  I don't know why I keep playing VW when there are a lot of other games out there......

    Vegas Baby: it's not that big a deal to switch to the old VW  for the cruise and back to the new when finished. You can easily change back and forth from the drop down menu on the left side. Click where it says "vegas world" at the top left corner, a menu will open up; near the bottom of that menu it says "go back to OLD version" clicking on that will change it to the old interface. cruse may be played from there, There is a similar menu that will say "try new vegas world" which will  reopen the current interface.
