What is with the 8 hr prizes? i have had 3 party passes and i gem pass,since it started.And then a bunch of low coinage.

That 8 hour prize is a joke. You can get the same (and BETTER) prizes at the LOWEST timer. I've gotten 2-9Million coin payoffs and up to 165 party passes and many multi-gem payouts using just the lowest timer.

I signed in to a party for 700 passes that was canceled and didn't get my passes back. what can I do now from kingsue58

Yep. This is the only time I've ever seen VW GIVE away free gems! Finally something in the player's favor! :)

I agree Alan. makes no difference with the time choices shown even tho it says better prize if you wait longer. Also, where are the gems which is what we call can use. Some of the charms are decent but it seems to pay out coins the most and those do one little good here. Since Treasure Box started I received a handful of gems one time Great concept but give the members items they can benefit from most and help enjoy the site the most ...... gems!! Would help boost the morale and make members happy but seems that is not the goal here.

Fred, The charms given out by the Treasure Box are unique, meaning you won't find them available anywhere else. And you're right...they ALL pay out very little. About as much as a 1 or 2 clover charm. Doesn't seem to matter the time you choose either. I've gotten the same charms using the 2 and 4 hour wait times as I got using the several minute timer. They always seem to pay out next to nothing.

A lot of the charms the Treasure Box tosses out are not unique; many that I have received so far from it I have received at parties before - some are specialty ones that generally come out during certain occasions (Valentines Day, etc) and then there are a couple I have received that I have not seen before.
I have not tested any of them but that would sure stink if the higher end ones do not pay out as they should; that would defeat them from being much of a free bonus.
What would be nice is if the Treasure Chest gave out more GEMS; I have been fortunate enough to get a small handful a total of 3 times since the Treasure Chest was rolled out.
Since FlowPlay took away the great Subway deal and have put a damper on other Partner opportunities for earning free GEMS, sure would be a nice gesture on their part.to throw in free GEMS more often. Geez wouldn't that be something great other than unrealistic thinking on my part, right?

Hmmm...that's interesting. The only charms I've gotten out of the Treasure Box are new to me. The Seagull, The Mariachi owl, The sundae, etc. I agree with you about the gems. I think the most gems I've received from the Treasure Box is 16. Big deal! lol

What do you mean? The Treasure box is there for every game. It doesn't go anywhere. How do you figure you had 26 of them? VW won't see your complaint by posting it here. This HELP forum is for player chit-chat only. Click on the link at the top right of this page to submit a question. And what do you mean by you didn't use the party boats? That's one of the charms (or prizes) given out by the Treasure Chest. They get used up automatically when you win one.

the cyrstal and lotus are good gems.dont like the lighting one .had a couple of cars too.like those.but the coins on 8 hrs are as low as the 4 hour.

The coins from the slots AND the treasure box are pathetic today. I've been playing for 6 hours, betting 250K per spin, and even bought two 5 clover charms. So far have LOST nearly 200 million coins. Can't hit ANYTHING decent.

Hey Fred...Do you realize you just asked VW to use good judgement and solve problems? Hahahahaha. I seriously doubt if they know how to do that.
