I did not get paid for a big win on the roulette table

I played roulette and had 30 million on the number 27 on the table. 27 hit and I did not get paid for it on November 2nd at 11:00 am today! I'm upset I didn't get paid for a huge win. It should have paid me 960 million chips, but I got nothing for my bet!!!!! "NOTHING!" Why did I not get my winnings?

  Hello,

   I lost around 3 big wins on roulette table 11/08/2018 around 10

  My math came up to about 40 million.

  I too got nothing for my be .Everyone else got paid, only I got skipped.

  This is a little upsetting, hope VW can go back and look at what happened.

   Maybe reimburse my winnings, or my spent chips.

   Thanks for listening and any help you can give.

  no payout for winning numbers has become far too frequently....I am due in excess of 1 billion chips for numerous winning plays. This has become ridiculous and really "pissed" me off!

  11/26/18 Vegas World Roulette did it again. This time beat me out of Around 39million twice in a row... hat is going on with Vegas World Roulette? Game is also not giving any time to bet about every two or three spins. Just shows I Re-bet and does not pay when numbers are hit.

  Very upset this keeps happening to me..

  Four different times I have lost my 1 million dollar bet at Mahjong due to

  screen becoming black. Should receive a refund.

  Roulette still junk...

  Lost not just millions in bets but hundreds of millions in PAY OUTS.

  Should have known it has not been fixed.

   WARNING DO NOT PLAY ROULETTE...
