Charm did not show up

I was told I received a rare fortune cookie charm for logging in for 70 days in a row. When I went into the game I did not get the charm???

Everyone is getting everything they are supposed to, that's not even a question (sorry folks who think it sometimes goes wrong, you're just looking in the wrong place, which we admit is easy to do.)
Charms automatically get added to your Charm manager, and no additional action is require to activate them, though you may want to select/unselect them in the Charm Manager.
Party Pass Credits add up and are displayed on the Party Page (where you pick which Party you'd like to attend.)
Sea of Riches/Prize Wheel spins can be redeemed in the Sea of Riches Game (found in the "more Games" section of the Casino Games room.)
All outfit/clothing items are found in the Outfits section of your Outfit profile. -
Three times I have been told I have a rare bamboo charm, but I have NEVER received it.

Same here. Three times "Super Rare Charm" for signing in so many days in a row. NEVER received any charm.

I was told I would receive a COZY MOUSE charm for signing in 210 consecutive days. charm did not download into MY CHARMS.

I was told I had special charm. Smoking alladin lamp. Also lost blue fish for 3mm and another gold fish for 150 k and 3 gems
