Got into 2 tonight, neither worked when we had 25 people. Went into another one I was in the room, everyone said Hi to me. When time came to use passes or gems said party full and kicked me out, come vw get with it this goes on all the time. I try 3-4 partys a day and lucky if I get in ONE

We did find a serious problem, which is what we think most people are reporting. Parties can behave incorrectly when too many players are trying to get in all at once (which is pretty much all the time.) Some fixes are going live today, so that should help, but some bigger fixes will have to be done to get thing running as smoothly as possible, so look for incremental changes every two weeks as we continue to make improvements. Make no mistake, player's reporting issues is what allowed us to find the problem, so thank you all!
UPDATE:
Odd totals for the Room Count are a side effect of one of the changes, and those will be addressed next update. Basically the counter is including people who are looking at the Bouncer Screen but have not agreed to pay for the party yet. When 25 people actually agree to pay, the Charms are awarded, and more reliably than before the update.

1) . turn off VPN
complaining does not help - does not help when VW has know bugs for parties - would be nice if these items are fixed.
one time I got in: passes and gems taken, purchased charm and frozen. since I got 'paid' original charms no refund. I feel sorry for CS because it is usually management that ties their hands (and sometimes tells them to lie). no reason to not compensate for our loss of gems and passes if kicked out/frozen out.
seems to be known bugs dating to 2015 after reading reports
did all at the BS of cache, refresh, restart, reset modem and reset router, and jump on one foot while singing happy birthday - it is a software issue VW

I was in a party today. It was an official charm party with 25 people. The screen says so, and said I receive 35 x 10 beer charms. I got none.

How can a party start in 2 minutes and already be full once it reminds me of it? Ridiculous.
