Why did the sound for the games go off? I can only hear music. Can't even hear the charms.

Since Vegas World pumps out sound the same for everyone all the time, we don't have a lot of suggestions when folks report problems. This article (added to answer your question, just now) is the best we can provide on this topic:

I do not know what you have done with this "new" upgrade,
but you need to GET RID OF THE NEW BACK GROUND MUSIC that's there when you enter the site

Fred, not sure if you are a moderator or just another VW member, but I DO realize the choices I have regarding the sounds on this site.
I was stating the fact that it is annoying. Also it is ridiculous to have to juggle back and forth for sound no sound from parties, slots, and other areas on this site when returning to home page to hear that STUPID BACKGROUND MUSIC.
