MY.DIFFICULTY.IS.THE.SAME.AS.THE.OTHERS.WITH.THE.TREASURE.BOX.....

IT.DOES.NOT.OPEN.AND.THEREFORE.I.AM.NOT.GETTING.CHARMS.THE.

SCREEN.TURNS.BLACK.AND.SAYS.LOADING.BUT.DOES.NOT.LOAD.....AND.

AS.OTHERS.HAVE.STATED.THE.CONCIERGE.HELP.IS.ALSO.NOT.WORKING.

AND.RETURNS.ME.TO.THE.PREVIOUS.PAGE.I.WAS.ON....THANK.YOU.IN.

ADVANCE.FOR.YOU.HELP.WITH.THIS.PROBLEM.....YOUR.HELP.IS.VERY

  If you're still having problems by the end of the day, send a Help Ticket.  The problems with Treasure Boxes are extremely rare, but for now must be fixed by hand.  The issue causing the problems is expected to be ready in time for the next Vegas World update, scheduled for 1/28.
