since Wednesday 01/30/2019 myself and several of my friends are not being able to chat with each other. it types but they don't get it on the other end. please find problems and fix this

  Low level accounts like yours can be chat blocked automatically if the account is blocked and/or reported by too many other players.  Your account's chat was deactivated on 1/31 for exactly this reason.  The solution is to either level up past the point where you can be auto-blocked or avoid chatting in a manner that would tend to get you blocked and/or reported.
