Coins not awarded

In two seperate games I was not awarded my winnings. One was for over 7,000,000 and this time it was over 3,000,000. The 3 mil was in treasure tides, I don't recall what game the 7 mil was in, but I placed a complaint that time as well. Please correct this matter. I'd hate to cancel my subscription, but if this game is not going to play fairly and resond to its players, I will have no choice. I spend a lot of money on this game

  All Vegas World games pay out winnings correctly 100% of the time.  We cannot help with reports suggesting otherwise. 

  What you collect is always, by default, the correct amount.  If the display doesn't match the award (and it always does, but if it doesn't...) then the display was the error and the Coin award was correct.
