Nobody has actually lost any Passes or Gems. The game NEVER takes either until the Charms are actually awarded. Either you were charged and you got the Charms or you weren't and you didn't. We can't help with reports suggesting any Vegas World feature takes your Gems/Passes and didn't award what you were due. That's not something that has ever happened and after 5+ years of false reports I'm highly skeptical it ever will happen.

What is wrong with party page, there is a live one there that has been there since this morning? When I tried to get in this morning it knocked me out of vegas world 3 times. now it is afternoon and the same party is there no one in the room.

Hi This has happened to me repeatedly and just now again. its hard enough to get the passes and then have them robbed from you to boot. I dont think there should be such a thing as an overflow room to begin with as this is the reason some of this happens. There should not be a limit to the amount of people in the party either as this to is why this diameter defaults back and gives people the boot. the requirement of 25 people in the room makes sense in order to make the party work though, just not limiting the room to the 25. Just rid these and the problem will be solved.I just lost only 30 passes a few minutes ago, but last night i lost well over 150 or more total trying to get into 3 different rooms as it kept booting me out yet taking my passes. I gave up and got out of game altogether. Went to play something not so frustrating.

logged into party 5 mins ago loaded took passes gave the charms I had paid for but could see charms being sent but I never received any of them, then immediatly said having difficulty loading log out contact Vegas world.
How do I contact customer service?
