If you are purchasing Gems on a mobile device, and you do not collect them, contact Flowplay/Vegas World Customer service directly and make sure you include the date and amount of the purchase. We may require you provide the receipt from either Google Play or iTunes.
If this happens to you, check and make sure you're running the most up-to-date version of the Vegas World Casino mobile app, as older versions have a bug which can prevent Gem purchases from being applied. That is the most likely cause of any report of this sort.
There are no problems with the browser version of Vegas World awarding Gems. If you playing on a standard browser and purchasing using Credit Card, PayPal or the Gift Card service, all Gems are awarded immediately. If you don't collect Gems immediately, the transaction failed and you were either not billed or your payment will be listed as "pending" and will be refunded automatically by your bank/card company.
It's best that players contact customer service directly with this sort of issue, as many have suggested. We can look up the purchase history of any account, and generally provide at least a basic explanation of any transaction problems. If you are truly due Gems (as with the mobile device issue, for example) we're happy to add them.

I purchased gems on 2/18/19 though apple 19.99 did not receive them

On Monday, 2/25/19, at 8:30 pm I had about 60+ gems. When I went to open another box at 9 pm I only had 4 gems. I did not make any purchases and did not use any gems. What happened?
