problems getting into party rooms when I give my tickets

I log in to party room get in but not there.  this happens everyday even when I wait for seconds count down still cannot get in.  What is the problem?

  Sometimes it's possible to enter the host's suite before the party starts. I find that when I can do that, I have a better chance of staying in the party and collecting and throwing charms.Otherwise, I usually can't get in.

  Parts hardly ever work right. Just came from one, room full, they threw out many charms, Never ask for my passes. I got all the charms, didn't charge my passes. never had a meter in there, all I got were the charms that were given by other people, I did give charms also. Weird.

  lost billions in charms and passes trying to enter parties..refunds?

  I have same problem.  I go to the parties for the shared charms...I get the hosts charms while loading then it says to reload my browser, which means I can't get in.  I'm tired of wasting my tickets and can't even share charms.  I contacted help, and they more or less say it's my browsers fault.  It is not.  I too asked about refunds even if I return charms.  They won't respond to that question.

  I am having the same issue Celia. I go in, and I'm not walking around! Where I am I?
