Today I played Texas Rose slot and twice The total coins I won were displayed but the wheels would not continue spinning as I was playing max spins on auto spin. One was for 167,000 coins and the other for 10,000. I kept pressing down on the arrow and then I finally hit auto spin again. Both times I did not receive my coins!!! I am very upset about this!!! Please contact me to correct this situation.

I'm very sorry, nothing can cause a Vegas World slot game to fail to pay out. Even if the game crashes entirely, the results of your last wager will be applied to your Coin total (though that amount may be 0 if you didn't win.) The most likely explanation of your experience is something prevented your Coin total from updating correctly. When that happens, refresh your Vegas World game. That will update all of your total to the correct amounts, stored on our servers.
