Just lost 4,000,000 coins on this game twice because it said you couldn't load it correctly but kept.my 2,000,000 a game???

  I would not bother asking them, their answer is always the same...."VW Always pays every win", and they will state that they never make a mistake.  Basically, they are saying that you are lying.  Good luck to you.
