Had pair of kings and won over $6,000,000.00 in chips.I was only awarded $500,000.00. This was 5000/10,000 blinds texas holdem at about 9:28 to 9:33 A.M. central time Oklahoma. Please credit my account.

  Since getting hand ranks wrong not a real thing that happens (give us some credit, jeez!), we probably can't help.  If you have the Hand ID number we can review the hand and find out what actually did happen.  Send a Help Ticket for an issue specific to your account, like this one.
