Fringo - not getting winnings and being blacked out
I was playing the special cruise and came in second. Right at the end someone tried to use the black mask on me, the screen went top black, I got nothing, not my winning points, not my bet points, nothing. I have had Fringo lock up often, usually right at the end when the points are supposed to be paid out. I also had an issue with it locking up when I used the black mask point steal to someone else. I have gotten no where with admin. they do not admit there is a game glitch. I never get my winning points.
So, I look my power ups, I get no winnings, and I loose the bet. 3 times being cheated. Anyone else have issues?

Sorry that happened to you, it had happened to me several times. Its true theres a problem with the 'pick up points' power ups from a long time ago, however the game keeps running if u wait a little longer the points are awared or refunded sometimes. Good Luck NExt time🤞

Fringo has not been available on the mobile app for quite awhile. I play using my smart phone and iPad, but there is no Fringo available unless I use my Mac laptop. But when I use my laptop, the website draws so much power that my laptop starts to run overtime and then over heats. So I maybe get 2 games tops before it over heats. I’ve brought this to VW’s attention, but no results.

Well, sorry, for me the game does not come back, I only get a black screen. I have to back out of the site completely. Sometimes, even then, tiring does not come back and I am still getting the black screen. Never got either my winnings or coins refunded either. BTW it seems to only happen when I have won! And since I play at the 5 mil level, those winnings are considerably bleak - but I don't get them and I loose my 5 mil!

Kim - I also run a Mac, desktop, and find that often playing any game from VW I get the message that I am using too much memory and that I should shut it down to make my computer run better. I wonder why this site needs to use so much? Personally, I could live without so much graphics, things like the new entry into the slots that shows up first before the games and the LONG way they show you how many bonus coins you just won. I really don't; need to see them counting them out for the next minute, heck, just flash it up there! I have run VW on a prepaid android smart phone I have and it seems to run ok. However, I have only one or two apps on that phone and basically use it for phone calls. wonder if it is effected by the stuff you have on your device?

Lizzie: I have a lot of apps on my phone and the VW app runs fine, in fact a lot of the issues I have when I run VW on my laptop mostly don’t occur on my phone. But the screen is tiny and it’s difficult to play some games, like Fruit Shootout slots bonus game. And of course Fringo is not available on the app. I agree that some of those graphics effects could be scaled back. I also don’t like the drawn out coin counting when you win a slot game.

VW is an Online Video Game . like most online video games kids and younger people play .
VW is NOT like online shopping at an amazon or target website . or paying your cc and light bill .
VW like most Online Video Games is highly developed and designed for
and with HD intense graphics that many computers, and especially laptops and notebooks
can't handle . at least not very well .
Now with the new Haxe platform in stead of flash and java on VW . the demands on computers and
their requirements and functionality and their ability to read the game is greater than before .
FLash Player is/was fantastic for viewing multimedia contents, executing rich Internet applications,
and streaming audio and video . Flash Player ran from a web browser as a browser plug-in
or on supported mobile devices . up to a point .
it can not handle the type of HD quality that is demanded and expected by Video Game Players
and by video game producers like FlowPlay that has to provide their audience those expectations .
so when you have problems with VW The Video Game . it's not that it is ALL the fault of VW/Flowpplay or "Your" fault .
its more than likely the fault is with the system you are running . or some aspect of it .
just to show how much demand there is on a computer running a Video Game like VW .
look at the spike on my computer when i open up the Treasure Box .
the Task Manager showed up to a 45% jump of my computer power usage
and memory just to do something simple as that on VW .
other things like jackpots in slots cause higher spikes . get the picture?

and when it comes to laptops computers and other devices ... they all have their own
differing operating systems and programs . configurations and codings .
that easily can conflict with what you want to do with your computer as well as
what you want to do online . and sometimes can't .
not only that . there are problems with different browsers . that often wont load or read a site
or even just part of a site . and can crash . or cause lag glitches and malfunctions .
bc all browser also have their own codes . which they update all the time that also can cause
online and webpage conflicts .
so if you are not able to recognize these issues as valid . and if you are not knowledgeable enuf
to trouble shoot and correct the parameters and settings on your computer that cause you problems .
or you don't have a computer with the specifications and a video card that works well with
Online Video Games like VW . or using sub standard equipment for Video Games .
then that is on You!!!

Natalli - you answer, although thorough, made me and probably many others eyes cross about the third paragraph. I read it through, but, not being a computer nerd, I can't say anything you say is valid. What I take offense at, is that you state: 'if you are not knowledgeable enuf (spelling? that would be enough) to trouble shorthand correct the parameters and settings on your computer that cause you problems . . . . or you don't have a computer with the specifications and a video card that works well THEN THAT IS ON YOU!"
Well gee, I don't know why we all don't have the latest and greatest computers and are not all computer wizards. Well, I happen to know that a LOT of the people who play VW are not, in fact millenniums with lives that revolve around buying the latest device, or grew up with a computer stuck to their face. In fact, a LOT of people who play here are in fact older, many are seniors, who use it for fun or to pass time. As such, seniors did not grow up with a computer and many do not even care about them, and use them for just basic items. Therefore, they are not going to be reprograming whatever they are using to suit the whims of an online game. If the game no longer does what it did for them, they will just find something else to play on. Then VW will loose them. No, they don't have the latest and greatest and actually have a life without a phone stuck to their hand, or living on a computer. So, how about you just rethink your comment.
I happen to be one of those seniors. I have a fairly new IMAC, but the newer things VW is doing causes issues with my computer. Am I going to reprogram it so this doesn't happen? Since I have no issues with anything else I do on line - the answer is no, I am not going to do anything to my computer. AND, frankly, I have no idea how I would do that anyway, and really don't' feel any desire to learn either. I have a full life, and use VW for times I can't sleep, to pass time while on hold, and other time fillers. If VW doesn't want to make their site user friendly, and won't fix it's issues so everyone can play, than there are many other places I can go to play. VW needs me more than I need them. I think they should program the games to be, well, user friendly for everyone. Bigger is not necessarily better.

Couldn’t have said it better, Lizzie. I’m fairly computer literate, but why should I accommodate VW, when it should be the other way around? Especially if you are paying for membership, shouldn’t the site work correctly? And since Fringo is not on the app, wouldn’t someone paying for membership feel cheated?

a good computer outlet will do it for you

Natalli: please do not take offense. I disagree with your last comment. I run a 2017 Mac laptop, maxed out with RAM and video card. It still overheats when I run VW for more than 5 minutes. Not a lot of game time there. So I mostly use my iPad, running mobile app version of VW, which is mostly without issues, except NO Fringo, which is about the only game I play since VW blackjack sucks. VW should design their site for the MASSES, not just computer savvy folks running the best, newest computers. I mean, if they are serious about making money and keeping customers happy. Just sayin’.

I clean my lap top routinely, so there is no dust build up. The fan situation won’t work because I play while sitting in a recliner. No place to put a fan or two. So that’s why I use my iPad. Never overheats or lags, or even crashes that much. But still no Fringo, which was basically my point. If I was still a paying member, I would be mad. I don’t buy gems anymore, because the one game I like is no longer available to me. I collect my free Fringo power ups every day. That’s the only way I play.
