I keep getting party passes and I don’t use them—don’t want them and would like to get rid of ALL that I have

is there a way to gift them to other players?

  Parties are more or less the machine that drives Vegas World.  We will never stop awarding passes as a major portion of the 'free stuff' folks get from the game.

  The best way for a VIP or Elite member to use up their passes is to host some parties.  It takes about 20 minutes, start to finish, to turn Passes into a pile of Charms which in turn will give you a pile of Coins.  Hosts usually bypass all the problems getting into a party, so the most reliable way to transform Passes into Coins is to host parties, rather than attend a party hosted by somebody else.  Hosting allows you to choose when the party occurs and how many Passes/Gems the party will take. 

  Party's aren't really social events (though they can be).  Parties are groups of people gathering in a room to purchase Charms for each other.  If you have Party Passes, you can pay for the Charms with them, rather than Gems.

  I see players leaving thousands of Party Pass credits unused, and I'm 100% certain they'd like the Coins those passes provide if they knew how parties really worked.  Some people have even reported *liking* parties once they got the hang of them (no promises there.)
