BLOCKING A PLAYER

I blocked a player because he is being rude and saying degrading things to me because I am a woman.  it won't let me block him.  he is still able to contact me and leave me messages...why?  what makes this person so special that they have the ability to be a jerk and no one can do anything about it?

  Since there's no such thing as somebody that can't be blocked, I'm not sure what to do with this report.  Either the player is already blocked, or they can be blocked in the normal manner.  If you have reported the person, they are already blocked from you and you from them.

  If you are absolutely sure you have blocked this player correctly, then you need to report the player to VW and submit a request about your situation. The only way this player can bypass being blocked is if he is a VW employee and I highly doubt that.
