Photo Booth and Rare Charms

Apologies,  Im new on here and was wondering if anyone can explain how/where Photo Booth works?  Also, what is the significance of Rare charms as opposed to normal ones?   many thanks

  The photo booth allows images to be taken with unusual backdrops.  You can use it solo or have a group shot with a bunch of people.  It is found in the VIP room, so only VIP and Elite members have access to it, though anyone can enter that room if they are grouped by a member.

  Rare Charms are the same as any other Charm (technically worth a few more Coins, which is why they cost more to recharge) and can be accessed in your Charm Manager. When you purchase a Standard Charm, there is a chance you'll get the rare version instead of the normal version. They tend to look a bit fancier, award slightly more Coins, and if you recharge them, they'll cost a bit more to recharge. The more valuable the Charm you purchase, the more likely you'll get a rare version. When buying a 5 Gem value charm, there's almost no chance of getting a rare. If you're spending 100 or 500 Gems on a new Standard Charm the odds are much more likely. 
  
  You can get Rare Charms when you purchase from the main Buy Charms page. Note: Party Charms (where everyone in the room gets one) do not have rare versions.
  
  Click anywhere in the green right-hand sidebar area to open your Charm Manager and select the "Shop" tab to purchase Charms with your Gems.
