Slow response time on entire site

I've had slow response time on this site for several days now. I'm not having trouble elsewhere. Is any one else having this issue?

We've been getting complaints of disconnections and slow response times all week. There's nothing wrong on the Vegas World side (that we can identify, in any case) so I'm not sure what's what. I tend to think the storm may have been causing problems, even for players not directly impacted, but that's just a guess and by now most of that should be back to normal.
I've let the developers and server techs know about the complaints, though they are saying they've got nothing to fix.
