Most connection problems are temporary and resolve themselves in a matter of hours or maybe a day. If you have problems lasting longer than that, we recommend contacting your internet service provider
We will never be able to help with Error 300 nor Error 191 which both indicate an individual is unable to connect or remain connected to the Vegas World servers. That problem is simply outside of our control.
We do have an article which may be helpful, but there's not always a ready solution for this sort of thing.
