I got a huge win on Gone Fishing but it didn't pay me. I lost a couple million spinning for it too

  We don't normally offer any sort of compensation for Slot Game results, no.  The display can (theoretically) go wrong if lag or some other problem is impacting your game session.  The actual Coin awards, however, are determined and awarded in a single step on the Vegas World servers.  How much you win is the official results of every spin, and while that normally matches what you see on the screen, if it doesn't, the amount of Coins you actually collect is what the records will show was correct.

  Probably not, though VW will tell you it’s your computer’s fault or your internet connection. Good luck!

  and you can't take a picture of it either It has happened to me several times I just sit there and stare at is awhile getting more and more upset but nothing you can do cause cant prove it  So VW has you by your spinning hand ( lol )
