I have never been able to use my chat since returning to Vegas world. Can I please help me,because I go to parties and people think inside because I'm not responding to them. Do I registered my email, and I've never had anything but POSITIVITY on here, never a reason to be blocked, no conflict ever, ..does your email effect you being able to Chat?

Inbox messages use the more aggressive chat filter and sometimes they block what appear to be innocent messages. It's not always easy (or even possible) to see what the problem was, but if the game doesn't allow it, you'll have to say it in a different manner. Chat filters are generally a good idea for online games (people can be horrible) but have side effects like you're experiencing.
The more aggressive chat filter applies in Vegas World in the following cases:
New, low-level accounts. Level up to remove the filter.
All public chat in the public rooms.
All whisper chat between non-friends.
All inbox and comment messaging
No chat filter is applied to:
Chat in suites.
Whisper chat between friends.
