Party charms not showing in “my charms”

Several times now the party charms have not shown up in my charms feature. Case in point, recently a party I entered offered the beer glass times 10, equaling 250 beer charms. the beer icon never showed up in my charm collection. Any thoughts on why this happened?

  “Solved”....NOT! Looked in my charms and there are no beer charms at all. Not using the wrong browser, not on dial up, not a “senile boomer, not low on memory,.....can’t be my fault because I don’t control this site. There is a notice in my inbox that I had been given 250 beer charms for attending the party. No beer charms have shown up in my collection. Your implications are insulting!

  My problems is the exact opposite !  My charms not showing up in ¨party charms¨ . They did the other day , though not since then. The video shows that´s where they should be. i do not want to play if i can not get charms. There does not seem to have solution; since cannot contact site. ¨still lucky¨ , i can come back if i find some answers.

  still lucky , i´m going to see if i found the solution to mine. i just thought {i have not checked mine either} , have you checked  your ¨charm settings¨?

  Three times now said that I earned the metal music note charm and never showed up.

  I just went to a party with arcane quartz the entrance fee.  After the party I checked and they are not showing.  I do have a letter showing that I received 25 arcane quartz.  What do I do now???

  When you experience this, let's try refreshing Vegas World and checking your Charm Manager once more.
