incomplete avatar

tried changing my looks and 4 different browsers and still no luck fixing my avatar.  a woman from VW sent me directions that fixed it but I accidentally deleted them.  anyone in VW have a solution to this annoying problem??????   spookyfoxx

  I play on a PC & I change my outfits daily this is when my avatar loses half or all her face!

  Heres my fix- log out of VW on PC,, log onto VW on Android, go to LOOKS and change eyebrow color & lip color, X off profile to see if this fixes it by checking picture of avatar on the room list.  Then LOG OFF PHONE  & LOG BACK TO PC

  thats an inventive idea ...
  sometimes i have that problem too . its probably due to lag bc of heavy traffic
  on the site or a slow internet . or the app, if youre using small devices

  so try changing your avatar to another outfit and see if its complete
  if it is then change again to another outfit to check that ...
  if thats ok too then change back to your original outfit that was the problem ...
  hopefully its now ok too ...

  then delete the picture of the avatar/outfit youre wearing ...
  then click the tab "Wearing" and click "Save as Outfit" to resave and rename it ...
  you will see the sign "updating" and go back to your apt or lobby ....

  NOTE: sometimes VW can stall during "Updating" ...
  if that happens close down the browser clear cache then log on ...

  if at first when you change to another outfit and that is not complete
  log off . clear cache . log on and try again

  going to looks is a good idea . but if you can delete and resave first
  that will save you a few steps
