    Still getting the 10-day sign-in bonus. If you're experiencing problems, then submit a request. Top right on your screen.

    Thanks for letting me know that you are still getting it.  I did submit a request but they haven't been very helpful.  I can't seem to get a straight answer

    Well in case anyone is interested, I'm being told that although they don't mention the "10 day sign in bonus" specifically, they do mention the "daily sign in bonus" and the "Treasure box" - if there's a problem, they cannot provide support!?   So apparently, it's just disappeared and there's nothing they can do about it!   Makes no sense to me, but …...

    I'm still getting the 10 day sign in bonus, Heart of Riches. I'm thinking support staff is working from home and probably have technical issues. Maybe once everything is normal again we'll see better responses from them.

    Thanks.   I'm guessing they're working remotely too and would totally understand if they couldn't fix the problem at this time.   I wish they'd just say so (and I've told them that)  instead of giving me all kinds of incomprehensible explanations.

    I agree: the least they could do is confirm the issue exists for you and that it will be addressed once they are out of quarantine. Good luck, and I hope you can resolve this problem.

    Can I ask you a question?   Does your 10 day consecutive sign in charm go into your "charm manager"?    Mine doesn't and never did.

    Really?   Thanks to both of you for the info.  The last few I got were an "Eighth Note" but none of mine (and it's been 3 years) have ever gone into the Charm Manager/Unused charms.    Only the monthly ones, or the ones I've won  (like in Sea Of Riches).

    So maybe someone can explain this to me.   "Support" (that's an oxymoron) says that even though I am not getting that popup telling me what charm I'm getting for the 10 consecutive day sign in, NOR does any new or unused charm show up in my charm manager - I am still getting it!?

    "Support" makes no sense with that statement. If you are getting the charm, it must show up in the charm manager for you to use it. Something is wrong with your account, and VW doesn't want to admit it.

    That's pretty funny!    They've closed this at least 3 times.   I just keep re-opening it!   And still nothing!

    You mean VW closed the ticket (and marked it as resolved)?

    Yes.  They marked it as "solved" and closed the ticket 3 times already.

    They just said that if I didn't get it, I wasn't due to get it and they marked the ticket as "solved" and closed it (again - fourth time!)     After getting it every 10 days for over 3 years, I'm no longer eligible to get it?    What a crock!

    A continuing irrational saga...…..I questioned "why" I got it for 3 years and was no longer eligible...…..."Solved" and closed (for the fifth time) without even a response!?
