2X Multiplier: Bamboo Bash (Bonus Round)

I've played this game everyday or almost everyday since March 2020. I don't see any difference between playing this game today and yesterday. I'm not seeing the 2X multiplier on the game! When the balls drop in the bonus round, the normal multiplier is from 1 to 5 X. How is this different from the regular game?? I'm stumped!!

  Well at least you ladies got to play the bonus round! It came up twice while I played but never would let me drop the balls. It didn't freeze, everything was moving; just couldn't play. Had to restart to get out of it. At least I did well on the free spins.
