    We are so sorry for all the problems with our mobile apps these last few days.  For mobile players we have released a new version of the Android Vegas World Casino app which should solve the problems.  The IOS version is still in the approval process, but we expect to release it either today (9/24) or tomorrow (9/25).   

    If you are having problems outside of the mobile app, that's more of mystery.  There have been no serious problems with the web-based version of Vegas World, though pandemic issues with internet connection continue to impact many Vegas World players.

    Every time I am at a party and I want to buy gifts it says restart app.

    Yes, same problem here. Can't tap on things without getting booted with error message. Started for me when I tried to return gift s last night. Can't tap on a profile either.

    Same here...They wont listen to anyone. Spend all kinds of money here for shit in return. VW needs to man up to 2020 not 2005. Terrible service!!!

    It keeps telling me to restart also but no bingo. I can play other games. This has been going on for 2-3 days! Please fix it!!!
