  Hi Diane4760,

  To create another avatar, you must create a new account with new username and email.
  You might have auto sign-in enabled, in which case you can't get back to homepage to create a new account. If that's the case, just Sign Out from the current account and you'll be good to go! Sign Out button can be found on the main menu.

  If you create a new account, you will have to start from the beginning. All of your previous progress will remain on the previous account.
