REFUNDS?

  For years VW always awarded refunds when you were disconnected from a game. Then it went away for a few years. Then by surprise it came back a few months ago. Now it is gone again. Anyone else still getting refunds?

  Vegas World switched from a lifetime limit for incomplete game refunds to a monthly limit.  Players who had long since used up their refund limit started getting them again.  If the game you are playing is failing enough that you're going through your monthly limit, the game definitely isn't running normally on your system.   We recommend you play something different or accept that you'll be losing some amount of Coin due to game failure.   Either way, your refunds will reset in a few weeks and you'll start getting them again.

  I did recently receive refunds, but for only a few games. Then it stopped, but VW says they will only do it for a little while. I mostly was disconnected when using the app version on my iPhone or iPad. I rarely lost connection using the browser version.
