Charms disappearing
It has been happening lately. Even unused ones. Chat is unable to help. Here is the conversation:

I've had a problem with charms disappearing the last 2 weeks that I'm aware of

Before we go too far down the 'missing Charms' rabbit hole, please understand that we know for certain that nobody's Charms ever go missing and all Charms purchased are added to the Charm manager without fail. For that reason, we cannot help very much with reports suggesting otherwise.
If a Charm or Charms are not displayed in your Charm manager like you expect it to, it'll be due to one of the following reasons: Charms sometimes take a few minutes to appear. If the Charm is not visible immediately after it is purchased, give the game a few minutes, refresh (log out and back in again), and they will appear. Charms are used up. Charms are designed to to pay out a minimum of 3 times before being used up. Once used up, Party Favor and Gift Charms just vanish without a trace. Standard Charms turn into a silhouette and remain in your Charm manager until either sold for 100 Coins (not Gems) or recharged with Gems. Getting used up is the only thing that can remove a Charm from the Charm manager. When they are used up and go dark or vanish, all the Coins that Charm will have been added to your Coin total. We cannot take action regarding reports that Charms fail to arrive after being purchase nor reports that Charms have vanished from the Charm Manager unused. Neither of those things can happen, so we do not have a solution when players report otherwise. We understand that players frequently believe this happens, but we know it does not, it is not something we ever provide compensation for. |

Wow. I thought I'd get a more understanding response. Yes they have disappeared and never appeared again. It's not "going down this rabbit hole", it's the truth. If it happens to me, it happens to others as well. I thought you would care.

I'm very sorry, but I have given you the correct and only answer available to Concierges. You may submit a help ticket but you will receive the same answer/information.
If you select the "Help Page" from your game menu (Zendesk) and look at the top of the page you will see where you can submit a ticket. Or you can email support directly by email: support@vegasworld.com (for Vegas World) or support@zoneonlinecasino.com (for Zone Casino) |

If anybody is able to record this happening, please do so. It is obviously a problem they believe is not happening at all.
Also, customer service could use a nicer approach. Even the copy/paste answers are rude as seen above. No buying gems or anything else from me!

it's a slim chance it happened and it has happened but they will never admit it without screenshots and any other evidence you can dig up, they always say it didn't happen....and if they did admit to it on forums then everyone would jump on the bandwagon

Hi there,
When Charms are received, they go immediately to your Charm Manager. If they are in your active Charm display, they'll be used automatically.
If you don't see your Charms received right away, we recommend refreshing Vegas World to make sure they appear for you.
How quickly Charms are used depends on the size of your bets/winnings. The larger your bets/wins, the faster the Charms will be used up.
