1 keep losing my connection to Vegas World any thoughts??????

Also I am stuck in level 60. Been there for 7 months any reason why?????

  i keep loosing connection in Bingo gamed I had a chance to win big and it went blank on me, this happens frequently do I get any compensation all these times its happened at least eight times in the last two months very irritaiting
