Reload before my spins took place

I am playing Sea Of Riches with 5 gold coins. After it collected my 5 coins the famous "Reload" came up knocking me out of the game and taking my 5 spins before they spun to give me my prizes. I have been saving these spins for a special like you are running today. This is so very disappointing to me. Please help me in this matter, get back my coins. Thank you VW!

When you first start spinning in Sea of Riches, all of your rewards have already been determined, including with your free spins, just in case the game fails for any reason. All you're seeing is the animation showing you what the rewards are.
After reloading Sea of Riches, your rewards would have already been added to your account.
