Typically, problems like this suggest a player's browser is running low on memory. Make sure you're not running any other apps or web tabs while you're playing Vegas World, and if you have particularly bad problems, try 'refreshing' by signing out of your account and back in before using a feature that's caused you problems. This will reset your browser memory, increasing the chances for a trouble free experience.

    Mrs Magic xx,

The minimum requirements are listed in this article:

Vegas World Minimum and Recommended System Specifications

The RAM is the memory required to play Vegas World. However, we can't give specific numbers for the memory within the browser specifically. This ties in with the RAM as well, but we always recommend only running one tab at a time, and clear cache often to keep the memory in the browser clear and running smoothly.

Thanks for your feedback. Currently there are no plans to change the Sign In screen for Vegas World. However, error messages will generally let the player know to contact Customer Support, and the article on the specifications is promoted on the front page of the Help Center. I've tried rearranging those articles to make them a little easier to read, and I hope that helps.
