even my boxes and the gifts i get take a long time 2 load!!! is this happening 2 anyone else?

  Slow loading usually means there's something running in the background of your computer, making the game run poorly.   Restarting your system normally fixes that sort of thing.  We're also getting an unusual number of reports of internet issues, drops, and disconnects, which I'm fairly sure is related to the widespread heatwave since there are no issues on our end.
