I think people have been advancing too quickly. What better way to slow them down by increasing the max bet on slots?

Perhaps, or perhaps it's a way of eating up people's coins faster (and making them "buy" more stuff)!?   It still would have been nice to know.      If they wanted to slow up advancing - all they had to do is increase the limit to get there..........

The maximum bet was increased per requests by many Vegas World players. This was not due to players advancing in the game or as a way to slow players down.

Fine - but how about telling people?    At the very least, there should have been a mention of it on "What's new in Vegas World?".   I didn't realize it until I lost millions of coins

I don't think so.    That's how I noticed.   Since I was betting the max before (250,000) it automatically put me in the same category (max but at 500,000) and I noticed the jackpots were gone.   When I looked at the bet and then reduced it back to the 250,000, the original jackpot was still there.    That new number is the jackpot at the new max.

Well "dear" - I don't know what games you're playing but I noticed on Cosmic Chaos that the 82,000,000+ jackpot was gone and the jackpot was only about 1,000,000 - but then I noticed my bet had been increased to 500,000.   When I went back to the 250,000 bet, the 82,000,000+ jackpot was still there.

Just don't invest any further money in this game period.

    sidecarz,

Players are no longer required to bet the maximum to be eligible for the Jackpot. Each bet size has its own Jackpots, so players will always be eligible for the Jackpot no matter the amount they're betting.

But you have to bet the max on each jackpot. Like 500,000 or 250,000 etc. so betting 300,000 will not get you a chance at that level jackpot, correct?

Yes I believe that's what she's saying - Each bet level has their own jackpot level.

My complaint was that no one said a word about the maximum bet being increased from 250,000 to 500,000.   I didn't notice right away and I lost a lot of coins since I was betting max (250,000) before and they automatically moved me up to the "new" max (500,000)

Yep, I agree with you. What is the “What’s new in Vegas World” update for, if not for something like that? BTW, the bet increase has not been made to the mobile app version yet. Still 250,000 max bet.

Thanks for alerting us to the max bets elviragulch. I didn't notice and luckily I haven't played the slots since the updates. I understand that some players requested the increase in the max bets; however, some of us are not interested in betting 500K. We were very happy betting 250K. VW has eliminated this option :(

    Doesn't make sense to me.

No - you can still bet the 250,00, you just have to click the bet button and reduce it.    That was part of my problem since they automatically increased the allowable bet size AND MY bet size, without any notice!

Thanks for the response. OK, I see it now. I had to scroll down to see the 150K to 250K. Thanks so much.

I apologize there was no notice for the increase in the bet sizes. I've passed along this feedback to our teams to take into consideration for any upcoming changes to the game.

Our teams are working on new games for Vegas World, and we should be seeing a new game in the next couple of updates.

The odds for winning haven't changed with the maximum bets increasing in the games.
