Charms Manager
So MANY times I will click on my charms manager and there are zero charms available for play. I have hundreds of charms to use. I have to quit and re-start VW to get them back. This interrupts play and is just plain aggravating. This has also been going on for months. Anyone else having this problem?

My charms disappear and I can't get them back. This started a couple of weeks ago around 7-14-2021.

Hi! Could I ask why 3 jackpots in the top row do not pay out...on the Meow game??? It happens quite often for me. Also the kings -4 in a row middle-do not pay out.
Also, when is a charm sale coming up? Soon?

The tiles would need to follow a payline for the game. You can click on the Paytable at the bottom of the screen to see the different paylines.
Vegas World doesn't have Charm sales. If you're referring to Gem sales, we don't have estimated dates on when to expect sales, but let's be sure to keep an eye out for the next sale.

Here are the screens before and after restart. When I first sign on, have no treasure box or charms. After restart they are back. Can this be fixed?

Thanks for those screenshots. Do you ever get a message of your Charms loading, or does it just immediately appear as blank?

No loading message, just blank charm manager (and no Treasure Box). It always comes back after I restart VW.

It's possible the Charm Manager is trying to load your Charms. I've passed this along to our teams so they are aware of this happening.

My ACS Charms do not show the total in charms manager it shows 1. The other 2 digits are cut off. It should show that I have 121 ACS Charms. My total charms are 164.
