I BET LGE AMOUNTS LIKE 500 MIL ON A SINGLE BASEBALL GAME, RECENTLY LOST 6 GAMES AND OTHERS IN THE PAST, YET I DON'T GET REIMBURSED AS A "VIP" thought you got back coins at the end of the month...never did, or am I wrong to think SPORTS GAMES are not eligible..TNX

  The VIP Coins you receive each month is based on total wagers, so this would include your Sportsbook wagers. I checked your account, and you received the VIP Coins on August 1, 2021 at 11:39 PM PST.

  From time to time, the company that is responsible for VW sports wagers does make mistakes. Screenshot your bets that are incorrect and submit a request.  It's easy to verify the results. As for the bets being erased, include the information in your request.  At a minimum, they should be able to pay out the winnings for the incorrect results.  Good Luck

  Sportsbook bets aren't able to be erased. Some teams will play multiple games in a few days, so I recommend double-checking the date and time of the games that are showing as losses.
