Charm manager not showing charms
I can't access my charms (yet again). What's the point of buying gems if you can't use the charms you paid for? I have to re-start the game after every game or hand (it doesn't matter which game I play, it happens on all of them). Here is a screen shot of what I see every time I try to use charms: It doesn't matter if I click on a charm, nothing moves to the charm column.

Here we go again. I'm beginning to see a pattern here. I can't load the charm manager in the morning. I check in to get my treasure box and maybe play a game of solitaire before I start my day. The games load fine. I can check my profile, change outfits, etc.: no problems there. But my charms don't show up. They finally show up later in afternoon and will remain in the manager until I'm through with VW for the day. We have the fastest wi-fi Cox offers, I have a new MacBook Pro laptop (get one for work/personal use every two years), and I make sure I'm not running any programs in the background. My husband's account works fine, for the most part, but he occasionally has issues, too. He's not on VW very much because he works full-time, and I'm the one who checks in for his account to get the treasure box reward. But his charm manager works.

Just to clarify, does your husband have around 6,000 Charms as well, or does he have a lower amount?

He has about 1700. My charm manager started showing up mid morning, and I've used most of them up. I also have about 1700 left.

When your Charm Manager is at 1,700 Charms, does it seem to load more quickly?

Yes, it did. It started acting normally when I got to around 4,000 charms. I'm down to just over 1,000 and it's fine. Thanks, Samantha!

I've noticed the Charm Manager can be slow when it's loading a large number of Charms, generally 6,000 and up. When you start getting around that many again, I recommend using some of them so you don't have to continually refresh.
