  I'm afraid Kiku Kichi is correct.  The developer of Fringo no longer exists, though for most people the game runs normally.  If it doesn't for you, there's not a lot we can do.   Your wager will be replaced automatically if your session ends after you wager but before the winnings are awarded.  Check your inbox for that.

  This has been an issue for a long time. VW cannot make improvements to the game. It's as good as it's gonna get.
