Buying Gifts is a total rip off
I bought some gifts for a friend a few days ago (clothing) 20,000,000 worth not knowing what she would like i told her to sell them and buy something she liked.......WELL she did and received a grand total of 1.6 million.......congratulations VW to my knowledge there is not anyplace in North America other than this site that does not offer a full refund or exchange for unwanted purchases! ....To say nothing of the ridiculous prices for items!

I would only purchase clothing if I saw it on someone's wishlist. Otherwise, it's a hit or miss. Better to send charms, party passes or gems. You can't go wrong with that. BTW, if you are listening VW, I wish that there was a way I could easily know what outfits and colors of outfits I already owned. For example, I see an outfit in the store. Do I already own it and if so, do I have a specific color of said outfit? I have to go back to my closet, view outfits by name, and check to see if I already bought it. I've been burned before, not realizing I already owned an outfit and purchasing it again. And as johnnymac1 has said, you only get pennies to the dollar when you resell.

What I'd like to see is the outfits made in PIECES and shown that way before purchase. Then we'll know if we can mix n match that particular outfit or not. Generally speaking, most of these outfits are made in one piece and we have no way of telling if we can wear that particular top (or bottom) styled with another piece of clothing from a different outfit unless we buy it.
